  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • RINKA or any of it's staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

No refunds or discounts for classes missed due to your own children's absence .

  • RINKA reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change.
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
  • Children must be fully potty trained, and it is advisable they have completed a term in preschool
  • We operate on a drop and go policy - parents don't stay in the room for classes or camps. Parents are welcome to wait outside or close by.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 
  • RINKA is only responsible for your child during class times, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are collected promptly after class finishes

.No refund for classes missed due to child testing positive for covid or from being a close contact.

No refund for Cancellation for camps by you less than 10 days before camp start date .

COVID19 Regulations

•         You must not send a child to class who has displayed symptoms of concern and you must ensure a temperature check has been completed before class. Any temperature over 38deg is considered raised.

•         You must ensure your children’s hands are washed before entering the teaching environment

•         You must ensure the toilet has been used prior to attending class to minimise the use of the bathroom during class time

•         You must observe social distancing guidelines as you queue for class and then leave your child at the door of the teaching room. Parents do not enter the room

•         For contact tracing purposes, you must inform us someone different drops off or collects your child
